Some cities commission artists to adorn city buildings and other structures with art. That would not be considered graffiti. Graffiti is something that is put on a wall that is not considered by the city law enforcement to be lawful. I like graffiti, I grew up in Seattle with surrounds with graffiti, so I know all about graffiti and Hip Hop Hitstory of Graffiti. I used to do a little of my own. I think that any artist that can use their mind and hands to produce a mural or picture on brick, stone, or whatever is phenomenal. But, I say again, That Was Not Graffiti.
